• Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products:

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective items
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
